Web Hosting Company: midPhase
Web hosting features and remarks: midPhase offers unlimited bandwidth. Whoa, that sounds good! Unfortutnately, the number of MySQL databases is very limited. Both packages come with unlimited use of bandwidth plus a small number of MySQL datases, so the use of either plan may be limited. A good use may be a downloading site.
| Just like other hosting companies including HostMonster and HostRocket, we aren't necessarily happy with the way midPhase deals with their customers. Here is what happened to us. Because of midPhase' mistake, not ours, we suffered a small finacial loss. We tried to contact midPhase by e-mail 4 times. But they NEVER answered our messages. midPhase is a company that is dedicated not to facing the consequences of their own mistakes. Yes, they have received our messages. Their billing deparment failed, administrative department failed, another deparment failed. We were eventually forced to use LiveChat to fix the problem they caused. |

Updates
MidPhase has made several changes in their plans for the past several months. They once offered unlimited bandwidth even for Mega-Phase. It was reduced to 500 MB a few months ago. Now, they offer 3 times more. Furthermore, the available disk space has nearly doubled for both plans in the past months. So they now offer 25 GB for Mega and 35 GB for Pro.
